This document outlines the Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) governing the use of amazedeels – a global digital marketplace operated by amazedeels Global – FZCO, a company legally registered and headquartered at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing, registering for, or transacting on the amazedeels platform (hereafter referred to as the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including all policies and supplemental agreements referenced herein.

• Buyers: Individuals or businesses purchasing digital tools, software licenses, subscriptions, or bundles listed on the Platform.
• Sellers: Individuals, startups, or companies listing, licensing, or selling digital products (e.g., SaaS, APIs, software stacks) via the Platform.
• Resellers: Users authorized to promote and earn commissions from eligible products via unique tracking links and campaigns.
• Partners & Affiliates: Entities engaged in strategic or promotional collaboration with amazedeels, outside of direct product sales.

This agreement governs the use of the amazedeels platform including, but not limited to:

• Access to all public and authenticated pages (marketplace, dashboards, product listings, search, comparison, checkout, etc.)

• Interaction with features such as product listing, reseller activation, trials, demos, licensing, commissions, and account configuration

• Any transaction conducted via the platform, including paid purchases, trial activations, resell promotions, or payouts

• Use of the platform’s API or integration with external systems (if applicable)

amazedeels acts as a facilitator of digital transactions between sellers, buyers, and resellers. Unless explicitly stated, amazedeels Global does not own, control, or warrant the performance of the digital products listed on the platform.

Sellers remain the legal owners and licensors of the products they list. Buyers and resellers enter into contractual licensing relationships with sellers, subject to applicable terms, while agreeing to abide by amazedeels’ marketplace rules.

By using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, submitting product details, generating reseller links, or completing a transaction — you:

• • Affirm that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement
• • Consent to be bound by these Terms, including referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Regional Compliance Statements)
• • Agree that amazedeels Global may enforce these Terms in accordance with applicable laws based on your country of operation and contractual context

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must refrain from using the Platform.
